How the default flows are set up in the mobile warehouse app
When you download the warehouse mobile app from the app stores, or one of the other mobile flow apps, it runs a default setup. This setup creates the standard flows that show up as the tiles you see when you first open the app.
From time to time, we modify these flows to make them smarter and add improvements. When we do, we are not overriding the flows you already have. To make sure you don’t accidentally change a standard flow, it is locked on the right hand side. If you want to change a flow, you copy it and work from the copy.
How to import and update flows from the cloud
You can import flows yourself directly from the cloud. We store the flows in the cloud, so you can stay up to date on all of them at any time.
You have two ways to update:
- Select a specific flow if you only want to update that one. For example, if you have heard that the bin content flow has been changed, you select bin content and press OK.
- Select nothing and press OK. This updates all your standard flows at once and pulls the newest version of each from the cloud.
